Hi, I’m Caroline.

I’m a Speech & Language Pathologist and IBCLC.

 In July 2019,

my whole life changed by the arrival of my beautiful baby boy.

With my experience as a pediatric feeding therapist and Speech Language Pathologist, I figured having my own children would be a breeze.

Boy, was I wrong.

It started with a less-than-perfect pregnancy, filled with Hyperemesis Gravidarum, Gestational Diabetes, a benign brain tumor, and eventually, a scary run-in with Preeclampsia. But suddenly, my son was here, and we just had to run with it.

Nothing prepares you for parenthood quite like actually doing it. There’s just no way to explain the late nights, the screams, the smells, the crying, the spilled milk, the giggles, the falling-asleep-at-the-dinner-table, the cuddles, the questions.

I felt disjointed and frustrated, seeking information that felt like it should be more available and streamlined. There was no way to forecast the loneliness and confusion that would consume me as a new mother as I worried about everything under the sun.  When you’re in the depths of it, it’s easy to feel like there’s no way anyone could ever understand – yet, we ALL do!

I looked for support everywhere:

  • lactation consultants

  • occupational therapists

  • physical therapists

  • other speech and language therapists

  • craniosacral therapists

  • health coaches

  • chiropractors

  • my pediatrician

  • and others

The sheer number of appointments and professionals was overwhelming and exhausting—at a time when just taking a shower felt like too much.

So I looked for continuing education in women’s hormonal health and wellness, bodywork for both women and babies, and pediatric allergies. Slowly everything started coming together, like pieces of a puzzle.

But I couldn’t get over how difficult the journey was, in a way that I felt was unnecessary.

That’s why my mission is to help you through your journey so it’s a lot less difficult and overwhelming than mine was—planning for the different stages of parenthood, answering all your questions, and providing support when you need it most.

Get the support you deserve to confidently parent you way.
